How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Shipping

Our shipping rates are based on weight and destination. Orders are shipped via the Unites States Postal Service unless otherwise specified. Please note that International packages over 4 lbs. will be shipped Prioroty International, if your order exceeds the weight restriction the system will automatically ship your package Priority and charge rates accordingly. We do our very best to offer fair shipping rates, but if you have any questions on rates to your location please contact us.

Our shop utilizes SSL Secure Shopping to insure the utmost security to your information. In conjunction with SSL Security we accept ONLY PayPal payments to insure a safe and trackable purchase option for our customers.

Return & Exchange Policy

If your item/s arrive damaged, we ask that you please contact us for instructions on receiving replacements. Some of our products are of a limited nature, they consist of small production runs and many times due to that we will not have replacements available. We do our very best to anticipate any and all problems, but we may not always be able to replace Limited pieces. If you have an issue with any of our products, please let us know and we'll make every effort to resolve the issue.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be requested by email and must be received before your item has had a tracking number generated (usually within 24 hours). If your cancellation is submitted after your order has generated a tracking number, you can still return your item/s. Buyer assumes responsibility and cost of shipping the items back to us. Once received in the condition shipped, we will issue a refund ONLY to the source that processed the original purchase. All cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Please use our Contact page to submit a cancellation request. Be sure to enter "Cancellation" in the subject field of your request.
